i.e. throw a fastball at a traffic speed indicator. Does it work and how accurate is it?

i never tried it before but any speed radar works b/c when I was in little league the coach used a police speed checker/radar to see how fast we through.

I suspect that the radar guns used by scouts are pretty much the same as those used for traffic control. Really, it's the same mechanism, it just may be housed differently.

For JBC, the movie was based on a true story.

It won't work. It takes something a lot bigger then a baseball to go past one of those to make it work. Otherwise, it would go off any time a rock or a bird flew by it.

it doesn't work. and oh yeah if you want to try for some reason, don't let people see you. you'll get in trouble.....
