2007 time of birth is determined by time at the place of birth

2007. The birth certificate will reflect the time that it was at the hospital (or whatever place) the kid was born in.

Depends on if your parents are just visiting there or not, and it would be the time zone of the birth, so, 2007.

You would definately have dual citizenship but your birth certificate would go by local time so 2007.

you would technically have dual citizenship and be considered an australian, born january 1, 2007 in australia...assuming it was after midnight in australia when you were born
