and you had the SECOND pick (LT went first) in a fantasy draft of all the players currently in the NFL. Who would you take and why? Whoever you take is already in that stage of their career, you can't have a rookie Peyton Manning or anything like that.

Vince Young because he is young, amazing, tough, and can lead a football team.(he's also going to get better as his career goes along)

Tom Brady. He wins Super Bowl rings (and MVP's, not that those are as important as rings but still a statement on his ability) and performs well regardless of the talent around him. Did anyone think with the team he had around him this year the Pats would finish 12-4? I realize Belechik has a lot to do with that but Brady is the best money player in the game today. If winning championships is truly the most important thing, there is nobody in the league today performing at his level.
And of course as you said, this is if you owned an NFL team, not a fantasy league team, in that case i would choose Larry Johnson. TD's are big in fantasy and besides LT nobody else does it better.

"Fast" Willie Parker if I went by the RB postion. Proably Big Ben by the QB because he can play when he is healthy although may look at like Palmer also. See I'd take some of the great players who are YOUNG. There are already plenty out there who have proven they can play and are young, and a few have proven they are better then the "proven" players. Although at QB Brady would be another good choice. A team player who takes what he has.

Drew Brees. He's the perfect guy to start with. He's not to young and he's not old. He has experience and can win wherever he goes. To come to the Saint and do what he did with what he had is incredible.
