I would not recommend downloading music for free using limewire or bearshare, or any other type of program like that. When you download the program for bearshare or limewire (or others), it is a virus. No kidding. Also, whether you are online or not, anyone can access the files on your computer. Most people do not read the contract, and simply click 'agree'. A friend of mine is a programmer, and told me about this. Anyways, the best thing to do is check out Yahoo! music or AOL music. You could also do things LEGALLY and purchase music. Personally, my personal information and my company's information isn't worth sacrificing over seemingly 'free' music.

Go to download.com and download Limewire or BitComet

Limewire is easier to use, and the fastest
BitComet allows you to download the entire CD as well as just one song.
why pay for music when its free

my brother just told me that limewire is slow and full of viruses so now ive deleted limewire and i am downloading bearshare instead. He told me that bearshare was alot faster than limewire and does not have virises. Our computer guy also told us to get rid of limewire and download either ares or bearshare, and thats what im doing right now :)

I'd have to say myspace, because all you have to do is know the artist's name and then you type in their name to get on their page, once on their page you get a selection of about three or four of their most famous hits!!!
