Have you gave her a reasonable amount of time to get them? If so you can do whatever you please with them.

Depends on several things, Legaly you would need to notify her that if she did not pick them up by such and such a date they would be disposed of. Do the notification in writing to cover yourself.
Most states require you to give the person 30 days to retrieve there belongings depending on the situation.
If she has not picked them up by this time then you can dispose of them.

If she's on the lease you cannot do this. If she isn't you still cannot do this, if anything is lost, stolen, or damaged the court will hang your butt for cost of replacement.

Best thing to do is pack everything up in boxes, nicely, make an inventory of everything, tell her to come pick it up within a week.

If she doesn't come pick it up take it to her and leave it in a safe place where she is now living.

Dont do it. bypass through the right approaches, like phoning her and leaving messages, even sending her a registered mail letter giving her a time and date to %. up her issues. call her father and mom and tell them of the time once you would possibly want to. record once you call her to inform her and what became reported. something to expose that you're giving her each and every chance conceivable. After that, then donate her sh*t. yet in case you basically toss it out into the line, she will sue you and paying her something, even $20 will be painful.

Legally, as long as she paid the rent with you, you can't just throw your girlfriend's belongings out without some sort of notice. Your landlord can provide such notice since it is on his/her property.

If she doesn't clear her items out by said date on notice, then you can dump away.

NO YOU CAN NOT IF YOU DON'T PROBABLE CAUSES... THAT WOULD BE ILLEGAL EVICTION....AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY......ASK HER TO LEAVE... AND IF HER NAME IS ON THE LEASE NOE THAT'S A BIGGER PROBLEM... IF THERES NO ABUSE, AND YOU JUST WANT HER TO LEAVE... THAT'S WHEN YOU HAVE TO CALL ENFORCEMENT...AND THAT'S ANOTHER PROBLEM...SO YOU GUYS NEED TO COME TOGETHER AND ADULTS AND SQUARE IT AWAY.,........WITHOUT VIOLENT
