The Tim books were written by Edward Ardizzone. I know the first one is Little Tim and the Brave Sea Captain and the last one is Tim's Last Voyage, but I have no idea what order the rest go in. As well, I know of I think 12 Tim books, but there are only 10 in the actual series, so I need to know which ones are the ones that don't fit in.

11. Tim's Last Voyage (1972)
12. Ship's Cook Ginger: Another Tim Story (1977)
The 12th one is a related story, but there seem to be 11 titles in the series.
