You can learn to draw anime for free with me ^_^ I have been drawing for a long time since i was still in high school and i have won 1st prize for drawing too while in school.
I wish i could show you some of my Orochimaru's sketches but i dont know where you live so it's ok. good luck

I don't think u can online. Try going to a bookstore and find how to draw anime. That's also a perfect way to learn anime 4 real. Online u barely learn anything. I tried it.

i find this one quite good just to get you started.
Otherwise, just google manga/anime tutorials or how to draw, something like that. Plenty of free ones should come up.
Alternately, most bookshops sell relatively cheap how-to-draw books.
