If he was flushed you would have to plunge, not even a Kolar 6000 could handle a turd that dense. But I would be willing to try, as for Honor and integrity he has none, never has as evidence by his being awol from the air guard to his failed businesses.

HONOR is only to GOD.
No Human can keep Honor for a long or short period of time. We are all placed in different situations and circumstances that can change one persons life in a moment. We are all filthy rages and unworthy compared to The MOST HIGH.
We are mortals and humans who are weak in many ways and integrity is for the wise and aged.God knew we needed teachers, mothers and fathers to care for us when we were children and inocent. But this world has lost in unity which is family and it has been destroyed by SIN.
Asking if Mr.Bush has lost it all is a question that shows your instability and trust in your own countries leader.
I have to say what has happened to Americans? Have you lost total trust and respect for what you were so admired for?
If you keep questioning his authority and his ability and reasons for war that happens to protect your survival and yes (SURVIVAL)
then my God you have lost all hope and that shows you are part of your nations destruction and weakness that may make you fall ! IF ONLY you can count on your leader MR Bush!
