Why do you mean by to "tell it all"? Did you wrong someone? What exactly are you talking about.....
Oh hell, I will try to help you anyway......
I dont know what it is that your refering to but it sounds pretty intense. I would suggest that you keep it short and simple, avoid alot of detail. Just get your point across or fess up to whatever it is that you have to say.
As far as not hurting anyone, no one can guarantee you this. There is always someone who will not be pleased with the behavior or actions of others. The best thing you can do is keep it short, sweet and tactful, then hope that everything works out.
However be prepared to suffer the consequences if there is something you are responsible for doing. Own up to your part in the situation, forgive, try to forget and move on. Thats it all, all of us can do in life.

There is never an easy way to come out right and let people know something that you know is going to hurt them. Best thing to do is just be honest and come stright with whatever it is you need to inform people about.
It's sad but true everyday people are hurt by things someone has done, didn't do, said or didn't say. However in time the heart heals and we all move on.
"What's done in the dark will come to light" So its better if you tell it rather than for someone else to do so.
Whatever this is I hope that everything works out for the best but understand that in all due time things will be ok... That's the greatest thing about being humans we can heal from being hurt it takes time but we do heal.
Good Luck & Happy New Year 2007!!

I think that if it involves something they aren't going to like, 9 times out of 10 that means they are going to be hurt anyway. There really isn't a way to tell someone something (especially if negative) without them being hurt! Sorry...good luck though!

Not enough information here to give an informed response, but if what you are going to say is bad, it's bound to hurt someone's feelings. That's just a given.

If you are already afraid to "tell it all", then it's too late. You know you have hurt people behind their backs. They will be hurt, and you know it. Just suck it up, and learn your lesson. If you did the crime, you do the time.......
