You have seen these muslim women wearing their typical head scarfs called hijabs and the borkha (full covered dress). Do you really like this visually? How do you feel about these women in general. Please answer as detailed as possible.

I shan't give you a detailed answer.
It doesn't bother me one way or the other.

Difficult to generalise. There are different degrees of "Muslim" dress in different countries, and different expectations of women's behaviour and roles in society. The purpose of the "uniform" is to conceal femininity, and tied up with that is that any woman who wears it has been conditioned to conceal her femininity from all but her husband. While I personally regard the whole thing as ridiculous - the "problem" is with the men, not the women, and most potent seductive equipment a woman has is the last thing to be hidden (the eyes) - out of respect for them I do take extra care to sense such women's body language before any exchange takes place, and unless the body language is noticeably open I would not attempt to make eye contact unless I was talking to them directly. I feel a bit odd if I'm pedalling by a group of them while in summer cycling kit, but hey, they should be used to that by now.

While some Muslim women wearing the uniform in Western countries are forced or coerced into it, some are not and choose to do so. I haven't spoken to enough of them to know what I can assume when I see one in the street.

With women from Africa and SE Asia wearing more colourful and feminine versions, yes, this can be appealling, and I tend to deal with these women a little more like I would any other. A Muslim Indonesian woman I dated assured me that some of women there who wear the kit do not behave accordingly, and use it as a facade. Having once been given the eye by a woman in a (less than full) head scarf I have no reason to doubt her.
