You can get AIDS or STDs if you inherit it from a parent who had it or you are exposed to the blood, vaginal fluids, semen, or breast milk of an infected person.

No you cannot get STDS (Aids included) if you do not have sex with someone who has it.
But a word of caution you cannot see them (these deadly diseases) you wont ever see the one that infects you and you wont know it instantly............so in a way...........
Yes every one out there and everyone you have sex with could be or is the carrier of your most deadly and dreaded fear STDs or AIDS.
Lesson 1.) do not have sex!
Lesson 2.) if you do have sex do not have unprotected sex
Lesson 3.) if you are sexually active and careless then get tested immediately!
Lesson 4.) if you fall in love then both go get tested and make sure you don't go out of your relationship for sex and you can have an unprotected ball together!

You have to catch it, it can't just appear out of nowhere.
It's really sad in this day and age that people are not smart enough to do RESEARCH and understand things like how diseases are spread. Anal sex does not cause AIDS. To catch AIDS you have to be infected by someone who has the disease. Two completely STD/HIV free people could have anal sex 5 times a day until they both died of natural causes in their 80's and never catch any disease so long as neither strayed from the relationship. Diseases aren't magic. They don't just appear. You have the internet at your fingertips. Look it up. The computer isn't just for entertainment.

You know-That is a damn good question! I wonder the same thing. I am pretty sure you can "just catch it" ,through anal sex. There are other ways to catch it. If two guys who are healthy are sleeping together, one day they could come up positive for Aids or HIV. It's something to do with anal sex that brings Aids on. I wonder if the same is true if a man and woman have anal sex-or is it just 2 guys?.......Hell i don't know. Good luck on an answer that will hel[p you. Happy New Years!!!!!!

The only way AIDS can be spread is through an exchange of bodily fluids. Unless one of your parents passes it to you, then you have to change fluids with someone somehow to get it. As for as STDs, you can get it with just contact to the infected area.

If there is infection present, passing it along anally is a surefire to catch the disease. If there is none present..good. But wrap it up anyhow.
