The 60GB has Wi-Fi, the 20GB does not (both have Ethernet, though).

I haven't tried any online gaming, but if I gather correctly there's no voice chat on PS3's network yet. So there's no need for headsets.

The previous answer is incorrect. First off, you do not need any hardware to play live on PS3. Simply set up the internet connection under Settings -> Network Settings -> Internet Connection Settings. Then start up the game and play online.

Secondly, yes there is online play chat. Go on ebay or to a store and buy a cheap bluetooth headset. Once you have the headset go to Settings -> Accessory Settings -> Register Bluetooth® Device -> Register Headset/Microphone/Headphones. Follow the prompts and choose the appropriate answers.

After this is complete start your game and play online this will allow you to chat with everyone online during game play.
