you download the speak client absolutly seperatly. The best one in my opinion is Ventrillo. it's very easy to use and you can hear very well. There is also Teamspeak, but that kind of sucks as far as sound quality. Find a guild that uses one of these 2 and join it then you can talk your socks off. Trust me it totally changes the game.

World of Warcraft has no in game implemented voice system. In order to use voice to speak to others, many guilds use programs such as Teamspeak and Ventrillo in order to communicate and group together efficiently.
