I had a game installed on my computer called sims unleashed. I go to Control Panel - add or remove programs - remove. Then it says something about "preparing the install shield wizard, please wait" then a message comes up that says "the sims in currently not installed on this computer, aborting installation"
I do not want to install it i want to completely delete it from my computer, i dont know why it is still listed in the "add or remove programs" I want to completely get rid of it.

tools
internet options clear history
delet cookies and files
then do disk cleanup
and defrag.

are you sure that you are removing or installing?
there are two tabs to choose from :one that says install and one that says add/remove.
I've always clicked on the add/remove and it should remove it

Get a Mac or ReInstall windows.
