Internet help!!!?

Do you know any program that you can veiw a website and all the sub-pages of it but not any other site? Ive seen this sort of thing at 'Best Buy' stores. Or even if you know how to do that in Internet Explorer.

I believe the way this is done in stores is requiring a proxy server to access the internet and then shutting down access to the outside internet at the proxy level.
