it is a hockey/sports song.....in fact i just heard it a few minutes ago in a football game on tv

I think I know exactly what song you are thinking about... the crowd sings it at hockey games. I'm not sure but I think that it is "Kernkraft 400" by Zombie Nation, possibly the chanting remix of that song. I've also heard it called the Montreal Canadiens goal song and a few other names.

Are you sure it is a hockey song or that it came out in a commercial with hockey?

This song came out in a boostmobile commercial [with hockey] months ago.
