My friend tried to get into a club with an ID that wasnt her own. The bouncer took the ID away and wouldnt let her in. She is over the age of 18 and the ID belonged to our older friend. What will happen to her? Will the club turn it in? and will our friend get into trouble?

Most likely, they threw it out, but she could probably get in serious trouble if they did hand it over to the police. But how would they know it was her? Did they just take it away, or did they record her own personal info?

The club has no right to keep the ID!

The license holder should contact the club and reclaim it!
