Definitely u should, IF.....:
-u have good distinctive observation power
-u think u can create some images out of even the basic forms.
-u think u have your own personal ideas and opinions about certain things... and u dont copy others. getting inspration is perfect.. but immitation doesnt make u go anywhere in arts.
-u have long tappered fingers... thats an indication from mother nature if u have potential of arts w/in u.

Yes. Art school is lots of fun. If you don't go, you'll regret it for the rest of your life.
