How do i Transfer songs from my computer to my Motorola Slvr L7c?

i have the, kit that they sale with the phone. Everything is installed but when i go to my windows media player it says its not responding. PLEASE HELP. i need step by step directions if you dont mind. Thanx!

Hmm I do not know. Try microsoft active sync. Or dragging directly to your phone.
