My wife's family is iliterate but well to do family, They earned mony from textile business, they are very proudy persons,they tell me we can buy all the things by money, I don't want their money,because I have a good service, I earn Rs. 15000/- p.m. Last 4 years i am living alone, I am 52 yrs old , now it is very difficult to live without my childerns. If you are in dispute with your wife then you can always apply for the custody of the minor children in the family court where your case under the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 is pending. The court will consider your application for custody & on the basis of the welfare of the children will grant you or your wife their custody but even if you are not granted their custody you will get right to visit them or keep them with you for a limited time period as the court feels proper. Even if there is no such court case pending between you & your wife you can still move the court for claiming the custody of your minor children under the Hindu Minority & guardianship Act,1956 and the Gaurdians & Ward Act ,1890.

Your question is kind of vague and what I understand is that you and your wife are separated and the kids are with her and that she is a teacher. If so you should be able to lead a life with your children and wife with the salary you both make. Eventhough your in laws are illiterate, they are doing okay with their textile business. I am sure they reached where they are today by being carefull with their money and by being frugal. I am allmost certain that you are not telling the whole story here. You need to have a good open talk with your wife. All material things you can buy with money. But there are some things in life you cannot buy no matter how much money you have or make. It could be that you are making more money than your wife and you make her feel inferior, or if she is making more money that you are, your ego is making you feel inferior. Find out what the problem is. Money is not everything in life. But family is.

c at 52 it is very unfortunate to have such a problem since 48.
i can just suggest u that if ur wife is happy with u then try to be with her by all means.
there is nothing to be felt guilty about ur inlaws if they want to do u something.
pl be cooperative with them and live happily with ur children.
if u ask it is not good and a question of pride but if they themselves want to do something it is only for thier daughter and g children
pl don't spoil relationship with this small issue.
if possible show some good reasons by which they can understand that money is everything.
and this is possible by living along only not being separated.
hope u would like my suggestion.

I think it is very sad that you can not be with your children. I do hope however that you can communicate with them by phone or letter. There is much that needs to be resolved in your family matters. go home and be with ur children ...does it matter if the family is rich , illiterate or not what matters is that ur children need a father just go back and live ur life they way its supposed to be ...enough with who's what !! ur 52 years old ur not gong to live forever i mean for how long do u think u can live like that ? what ever happend is too old to worry about now GO HOME TO UR FAMILY ....HAPPY NEW YEAR NEW YEAR ....NEW START !!

you say your wife is a teacher. she must be knowing the world. dont care for your inlaws. make your wife understand your love. talk to your children. be true to them. it will work out. you say you want your children. dont you want your wife?. you must have been upto some tricks. if so tell her that you have chenged and live upto that. you cant expect your children to come to you without their mother.
