First off I would like to apoligize for the way that you have been treated by your local store I personally would not stand for that. Our mission statement is to provide that extrordinary guest service and unfortunitaly some employees sometime forget about that. The best route would be to contact our customer service # which is1-8SPEAK-TO-US (1-877-325-8687). They are there to here what you have to say, and try to get the situation resolved in a timely manner. I hope this helped and again I hope your situation get better with the new year.

I have had some of the same problems with my hollywood video in SC. They were charging me for movies that were returned and I knew they would give them out to someone else before checking them back in. The store was a mess. I contacted the number on the letter for a district manager, he never returned my calls but I stopped being billed and I just started renting from a different rental company.

I quit doing business with my local Hollywood Video store because of the same kind of crappy customer service and crooked business tactics.
I started using NetFlix about 9 months ago and have never had a problem with them. So, my advice is to give your business to those that truely want it.

video games are being blamed for violent crimes (and that i'll search for suggestion from with the Grand robbery vehicle series) because video games are meant to be interesting. once you're taking a seat and play a sport like Grand robbery vehicle, the position you run round and kill human beings and thieve issues (really), some human beings locate it interesting. because this is interesting contained in the game, they're inspired to ascertain if this is nicely worth it contained in the real global. so that they bypass out and commit against the law and then blame it on the video games they performed (it truly is a very undesirable excuse to commence with). The police keep in mind this excuse inspite of the indisputable fact that, and that is what gave video games the kind of inauspicious stereotype.

You sound a little like you have communication problems with people in general (So many things you aren't trying to understand), but that hollywood video is definitely not your spot.
Trust me they aren't the onlyn game in town, but if you don't want to deal with poor service from a live person, try average service from your computer and get NETFLIX.

All those stores have an owner who be very interested to hearing about the mismanagement.
Look in the corporate registry of the local chamber of commerce to see who really runs the place, the real owner!

Call their HQ
(503) 570-1600
Find your way to either corporate relations or the CEO's office. I deal with heroes at retail all the time. I stopped going to the district manager and I go to the top. If you are calm, cool, and reasonable, they will listen.

Wrtie a letter of concern to the headquarters, and then let them know (factually) what's happened, and why you're taking your business someplace else.
It's totally foolish to patronize a place that treats you like garbage.
