I recently had the above Mcafee installed. Quite often a dialog box comes up showing :Registry Change Detected:
System Guard - Name: IE Urls
Change - Registry Modified

System Guard Description: Monitor changes to your IE preset urls to prevent spyware or other potentially unwanted programs from changing your browser settings without your permission.

Problem: It keeps coming up and I keep hitting allow.

Does anyone know what this is - is it legit - and if it safe to hit "allow" every time. I'm never sure what the change exactly is.

for the most part it is safe as the firewall is makin rules and settings as you surf online, but you will need to check them as a rogue program or other nasty may want access or cause a change
keep it up todate and do full scan
