Is 1. This is because the sine is defined to be the side opposite the angle divided by the hypotenuse, and the hypotenuse is longer than both sides. This means that
sin x = +/- |opp/hyp| = +/- a fraction less than 1.
Therefore the sine is bounded by -1 and 1, and so is the cosine.

the worst sin is the feared "Division by Zero"
haha, seriously now, the sine function oscillates between the limits 1 and -1 and is continuous, so +1 is the global maximum

The sin varies from 0 to 1 to 0 to -1 to 0.
Max is 1, min is -1. Memorize it.

The sine curve is a periodic funtion. Its maximum level it reaches on the y axis is 1 (unless you multiply it by a number).

If this is a math question, the maximum value of sin (sine) is 1.
If this is a religious question, the wages of sin is death.
(Romans 6:23). If this is your question, post it again in the religion and spirituality section for a more complete answer.

The maximum level of sin, in my mind, is assuming that another person is wrong in their beliefs simply because they do not share yours.

Given the forum, I presume you're asking what the possible values are for the sine function. Possible values range from -1 to 1, so "1" is apparently the answer to your question.

Now,
sin theta is equal to the line that is opposite to that angle over hypotenuse
sin O = Perpendicular/hypotenuse
And, that Perpendicular line is always smaller than hypotenuse so, sin value would always be less than 1.
but then when the angle is 90 degree,
the side that is opposite to that angle is hypotenuse itself, and then hypotenuse /hypotenuse = 1

The exact amount or at least the record so far was 42.6 kilosatans - which was the amount of sin Genghis Khan had when he died.
regards... did he mean sine? Oh well.
