Yes and is grounds for immediate termination. It is considered falsification of time... I have terminated employees for that misconduct.

Its not stealing, but its not right. Most bosses check employee clock in time. One of the companies I worked at, before they switched to the biometric scanner had a rule that if you punched in someone else card for them, you would get fired.

If your late one, twice, most bosses understand, if you make up the time. But I think if its going on frequently, you may be subject to a talk with your boss.

Yes, if you count dishonesty and lack of ethics stealing. If you work hte extra minutes after work w/o charging over time it should be OK though. Still, just tell the boss the truth, once you are caught being dishonest you can never really be trusted again.

Absolutely! Most Human Resources personnel will tell you that it amounts to stealing company property, and is fraud. If the right company caught up with you , you probably would be subject to immediate termination without unemployment benefits. Forewarn is for told

I would consider it fraud. Just be late and accept the consequences; I would fire someone who touched the time clock.

If you get paid for time you're NOT at work, and you knowingly made arrangements to cover it up... what would YOU call it?
