If the icon is not on your desktop, go to the control panel. left click and follow instructions.

First of all, emptying your so-called trash bin doesn't actually remove the item. So, if your "trash bin" isn't there, just buy/download a 'shredder', and erase what you want to delete.

Alternate Solution: (Warning! Not tested yet!) Find a 'Recycler' folder on your
hard drive(s) and delete everything you deleted from there. But this solution is barely as good as the last one because technicians can still recover your data.

There should be an icon on your desktop which says recycle bin. Right click on it and select empty.

easy look left side of your email page you should have a
column that tell you how much mail is in your inbox!! below says
sent, save, and then below that should be what you look for
THRASH CAN even icon is there click on it bingo. But with any decent security program, once You have nixed it, your trashcan will delete within 3 days
