Saddam Hussein is responsible for sh*t loads of murders and has finally been brought to justice. Why do Muslims think they have the right to winge that a murdering bast*rd shouldn't be hung on his religious holiday??? Why the hell should he get any rights at all???Its not an insult to their religion, he was an insult to their religion. What the hell is wrong with these people???????!

killing is against any religion, i know that, but punishment for your crimes should be in the worst possbile way. i dont believe hanging was right, i think he should have been tortured over years to make him suffer. at least bush or blair wont have you killed if you try to rule them out of leadership!

also, he was executed in a Christian country and so only christian holidays/beliefs should be adhered to. Why should a christian country feel obliged to carry on a foreign tradition when foreign countries dont honour any traditions but their own?!

Since when has Iraq been a Christian country. He was tried and executed in Iraq not America or the UK. Also, if you were to rejoice in him being tortured then you would be lowering yourself to his level.
There are different factions of Muslims, some with Saddam and some against, so it's fairly obvious that those who were for him would be angered that he was executed on their religious holiday....as far as they would be concerned, he was not an insult to their faction of that religion.
And NO, I am not a lover of Saddam or, for that matter, any other despot.

Why don't you people give it a rest..Let the man rest in peace. If it was so right to hang him what makes Bush different? He is killing just as many his men as saddam did his own.Why do any of these bastards in prison thats killing and raping children get rights. Instead of anyone getting them out the way they keep them locked up for us to support. Which p***es me off by the way. and is not right!!!!How would you like it if one of your family members did a crime and they hung their a** on christmas or another holiday. You would be pretty upset about it as well. That's what he was to alot of these people was family. Get a clue and quit being ignorant.

Sadam was a visious and evil man whom in my opinion deserved life in jail as i am a catholic who is pro life. However, it was decided to execute him on their biggest religious festival. Imagine having an execution on christmas day. Muslims may have hated him but i believe it was an insult to all 1.6 billion muslims worldwide to have him killed on their special day. They held him for three years, they could have chosen any other time to have him killed but i think they have made it personal against muslims.

I'm not a Muslim and still think that there were many ways to punish him for his crimes, but hanging him is not a civilized method to end someone's life. I'm against death penalty for any crime.

Of course hanging is barbaric, but so was he, live by the sword, you die by the sword.
I am sure he will be held to answer his actions by a court higher then the one he has already sat in front of.

Stop talking nonsense & ask US troops to leave Iraq & come home. Why are those bastards still there? Do they all want to come home in body bags.

Give it a rest, don't you think this subject has run its course. He's paid the price now let him rest in peace. After all he was only removed so the great America could get to his oil.
