I have Season 4 of 24 on DVD, I'd like to sell it but I do not want to get into trouble, am I allowed to sell it on ebay if i state it is a copy, it is in a case with the front cover and all the disc's look real but it is obvious, it is a copy and i wouldn't want to rip anybody off. I have a legit version of season 5, so please no comments on me being wrong!!!

Pirates are been sold but I'd advise against stating it's a copy or you'll have the fuzz feeling your collar. Besides eBay would pull it anyway.
Be safe and don't bother.

unfortunately the answer is no you cannot they don't allow it and also you have to be careful about giving it away as "free gift" cause I'm afraid this is not permitted either, my advice is to sell your legit copies and keep the copies for yourself

are you serious... . lol... .
so your going to state that this is a COPY, no way man!!! !
sell it on the site, then advise later, that you may have your doubts as too its originality.
I`ve a mate who has bought all sorts of DVD`s from eBay, everything from Chess to Boxing DVD`s, they where all pirated so it does happen.
the choice is yours, Happy 2007 when it comes!

Yes you 'can'. You 'can' also go and shoot someone.
If you want the FBI to come knocking on your door, then yes.
The 'legit' version does NOT give you the right to sell copies! So you ARE wrong!

Nope, it's illegal to burn and sell copywritten media. Only originals can be sold.

Well if U don't want 2 rip anybody off, sate that it is a copy. Maybe somebody will buy it if they want a lower price. It shouldn't be illegal. I hope not!

No. You'll get in trouble with Ebay, and maybe FOX.
Big copyright violation.
