You might try GarageBand that is installed on your computer. Connect the output of the cassette player to imac input.

Hook a cassette player up to your iMac and use Audacity to digitalize the music to your hard drive. You can then convert the music to an MP3 or an MP4.

first your cassettes need to be transferd to CD, then you can insert the CD in the MAC
