you can make them if you are into the craft, I have made one for myself and it really is quite easy but I would need to know your level of experience with scrapbooking before I would get into a lot of detail other wise I may lose you in translation....if you want more information you can try and google seach for more of your back ground information

I just saw some on Ebay a few minutes ago when I was searching under "Scrapbook Lot".
