Ohhh man, are we going to get crazy tonight!! Hubs and I are going to eat supper, watch some goofball television, and then climb aboard our sleepytrain around 11.pm. Big Rufus will already have staked out his spot on the bed as usual. Hopefully he wont be sprawled sideways, because we have to turn him around and he schnuffles and schnarles and grumps about that. Then the other dogs will shuffle into the bedroom and take up their favorite spots around the room, and we'll snuggle under the covers, snort and snuffle a bit ourselves, and then the train leaves the Station headed for dreamland.
The house is warm, and dark. The bed is soft and comfortable. Our stomachs will be still freshly filled with a very nice supper. We will fall asleep contented, knowing the bills are all paid, and we are not out there stumbling around in a crowd while somebody is stealing the car or burglarizing the house LOL. Pretty wild, huh?

Nothing crazy, I think of things to do but change my mind so my kids do them instead. It's one of the perks of having kids they are up for most things in general. We are going to have a scavenger hunt through the neighborhood.

I'm probably going to be crying because I'm far away from many of the people I love and spending New Year's alone with my mom.
