All rapes are sexual assaults, but not all sexual assaults are rapes. Rape is penetration, assault is any assault done in any sexual fashion ie fondling, touching, forcing another to touch, sexual offense is the any lesser crime involving any sexual act or overture

I'm not a lawyer and I don't even play one on TV. It could vary by jurisdiction but basically:
Rape = Forcible penis penetration.
Assault = Forcible sex act that is not rape.
Offense = Different degrees and may be consensual but illegal such as with a 16yr old or may not involve a victim.

Sexual freedom and promiscuity both have the same underlining meaning but promiscuity has a negative notion behind it. I don't think you should worry about what other people think. Its your business and no normal person will judge you or care.
