War is uniquely American? Seems to me war's been going on since the human race existed in any form.Try again there, Benedict Arnold.
Besides that, the Crusades and the Inquisition happened before America was thought of, not to mention thousands of miles away, and the Witch Hunts happened before America as we know it was founded.

Americans didn't invent the hotdog. Hot dogs are also called frankfurters, or franks for short (named after the city of Frankfurt, Germany, the original frankfurters are made of pork only), or wieners or weenies (named after the city of Vienna, Austria, whose German name is "Wien", the original wieners are made of a mixture of pork and beef).
Americans didn't invent Christian extremism. The Spanish Inquisition was set up by King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella of Castile in 1478 with the approval of Pope Sixtus IV. Columbus didn't reach America until 1492.
Americans didn't invent warfare. 'The Art of War' is a Chinese military treatise written during the 6th century BC by Master Sun Tzu. However, many important advancements in military technology came from the USA, such as the machine gun.
The Internet is a uniquely American invention.

Freedom to over a billion people in the world.....we made Europe give up their colonies after World War 2........giving political freedom to Asia and Africa.........
You question is obviously a joke....I don't see christian extremist killing other humans like their Islam brethren....if you dislike American culture.....its a big world girl.....check out a few.....see how life is without the protections of the American Constitution.......you might enjoy France..where males bring their mistress to state dinners and business outings...in public...and its acceptable.....
It is easier to hate.....to refuse to believe that in large country other people have ideas and interest that do not appeal to you...but only in dictatorships can one group demand that all obey their rules.........most of us don't get to rule others.....better to share the world and engage in thoughtful debate......
Your not forced to engage in any of the activities you listed.....but are allowed to freely to complain, you don't go to jail for your views and thoughts.....and in France you can meet your husbands mistress at the company Christmas party
I can tell you have never travelled out of the USA

Junk Food. A friend of mine went to Ireland to see her brother and the first thing he bought her was a bucket of KFC and the next day a Micky D. Very very sad. Cultures around the world are being lost to this insanity of junk food and chasing the almighty carrot: which in essence is a contagious disease!

Everything that has been outlawed here .
IN the seventies we sold flammable children's clothing outside the U.S.A. after a ban was enacted .
In the 60's we sold DDT around the globe after we discovered the damage it caused and baned it in America .
We export booze and smokes around the world killing millions .
Weapons systems are sold to "friendly Governments " From communications systems to helicopters and explosives .
Nothing we do is uniquely American except that if viewed by an outsider say from Andromeda it would look as though making others die and suffer seems to be the main objective .
