There are leveling up cheats. However, when you beat the game, you can choose to buy 10x experience or 2x experience with your grade. In this way you will level up very fast.

Without the 10x exp grade purchase, just go to Nilfheim in Sybak after talking to the elf next to the windmill in Heimdall after getting the Derris Emblem.

There are no cheats.
But I have a protip.
Just fight random battles near a town with an inn. Whenever your party gets tired stay a night at the inn.
Also buying new wepons and armor helps too.
Just continue this until you level up and buy the best wepons and armor for your party.
