This is what happened. I bounced a check and called the company about it. The girl I spoke with told me to do a pay by phone. She assured me that they would not re deposit my bounced check. This was friday night. So today I check my account on line and sure enough the re deposited the bounced check. I dont have enough for the over the phone payment in my account now. It has not gone through yet but im sure it will by monday morning.

you can you have to call the company and talk to them. the time you have can very from hrs to ive seen "24hrs before payment is scheduled" so if you schedule it 1month from now you got plenty of time. i wouldnt call and get the check canceled like the other guy suggested because that "pisses" the companies off. and somtimes they will stop takin checks from you. no a debit/credit card payment is a guaranteed payment ,so you cant cancel it through your bank, however the company who are due to take the payment may cancel it or refund it for you once it has gone through
