I have an Eureka bagless, HEPA filter vaccum cleaner.
It does not suck particles. I observed that when I slant the vaccumm cleaner the grooves rotate but when straighten it for vaccumm they do not. What should I do ?

- Its relatively new vaccum, Hence I believe it could be repaired. Or the model could be bad.

When under pressure( Down don"t spin)
Up with no pressure on beater bar spins.
Check the belt. It may be stretched .
You may have been vacuuming with the height adjustment to low.
Adjustment shouldn't be to low as that don't work as well as when the beater bar just hits the carpet lightly. (Better air flow)
Be sure & check that the hose & filters aren't plugged.

Never buy a vaccum till you know the old one is not good. Cahnces are, it's a siimple problem. Check the hieght button, it may be too high. Yes, check any place where a stop up could happen. Also, check to make sure the belt is not broken. :) arum

If newer it should be under warranty. Have it serviced professionally under warranty. It is possible that a brush on the motor could be bad or damaged. This though not too common will allow the motor to operate, but when the roller hits the carpet the motor will loose it's power under load. Always clean your roller and filters monthly and professionally service once a year.

I also bought a bagless cleaner, worst thing I ever bought. There are filters hidden underneath that need to be taken outside and cleaned with every use. They are dirty and not worth the time of day. I am going back to bags. By the way, if you use the fresh powder on the floor it makes it even worse.

Those bagless vacuums are not up to par. I had a Hoover, top of the line and it was in the shop from the second week. Hated it.
Absolutely hated it. If you put down Carpet Fresh it will clog that hepa filter with just one use. Those are almost 30 bucks each to replace. Sorry and good luck.

Something is stuck inside the vaccum cleaner cleaning mechanism. It needs to be clean out before using the vacuum again.

first check your height level. Then check to see if something has wrapped around the roller drive causing the belt to slip when straightened out.

Try cleaning it or changing the HEPA filter. You're not getting flow.

First verify the fuse interior the plug is okay. whether it somewhat is okay then the cable needs attempting out observed via the connections interior the cleanser. If all ok then it might desire to be the defective motor.
