I believe the brown/tan one will go with almost anything whereas the blue one can only go with specific colors. Also, the nuetral tone works better with your skin and hair.

Definitely the brown one.
a) it goes better with your skin tone than the blue
b) it matches better with more colors than the blue

really, both would look good on you and might match anything, but id pick the brown/white, because it has earthtones which can end up matching other things and white almost does match anything.
