All my children are grown up. I work more than full time and every night I eat alone. This is not something I was brought up with. I realize the family is gone but it would be nice to be with someone...like I'm noticed. Do you think I should sell the couch?

your question is confusing... do you sit alone and eat when your bf is there but doesnt join you since he is preoccupied with the computer? if so... you need to verbalize your need for companionship and have him sit with you and share that time each day together to catch up on eachothers day.

lower than no circumstances! and that i do not see why you should double your tip both. you're really one human being, so till you've chosen to devour and relax at an extremely busy institution, seating for one should not be an inconvenience to waitstaff. i have eaten on my own many cases. typically I merely carry a e book. also, each so often you may want to experience a lot less conspicuous (oddly sufficient) in case you bypass for the period of a time it truly is not so busy - 2 or 3:00. it truly is a lot extra relaxing for me if i can sit quietly and devour. Be courteous, for sure, and do not take in a table longer than mandatory to devour - if there are human beings waiting. the really semi-stressful component i have got here upon is that usually contained in the mid-afternoon the waitstaff needs to face round and visit - or inquire from me about the e book i'm examining :) maximum cases the ambience receives a lot extra comfortable even as the waiter or waitress famous out i'm eating on my own, and that i'm not a discomfort contained in the butt. each so often they get to understand you by brand call, and they savour your visits. savour

haha! selling the couch sounds good to me. my husband like sitting in the living room to eat too. have you tried sitting in there with him? Ask him if on friday nights (or whatever night you choose) the two of you can sit together at the table and have a lovely dinner. explain to him that would mean so much to you. Good luck! Men and their electronics! Sheesh!! haha!

If your bf is on the computer, then maybe you should kick the lazy jerk out and get yourself someone who'll pay more attention to you... And maybe eat a meal OFF you... ;)

One time for sure, just get rid of the boyfriend and everything else will be fine.
