He is leaves. His color changes with the seasons.

The logo contains an apple purple and green grapes and leaves. that is what thouse 4 characters are.

Fruit of the Loom Guys are essentially mascots for the underwear company Fruit of the Loom. These characters are men dressed as human-sized fruit: purple and green grapes, an apple, and a leaf whose color changes with the seasons.

The leafy guy from "fruit of the loom" is a spinach leaf. He is a dark green color which looks exactly like a spinach leaf.
