Has anyone noticed how very much alike, saddam hussein is in appearance to another tyrant, josef stalin the wartime russian leader, however he got away with his crimes, because he was an ally!

Yes, I see what you mean, but Stalin was probably even worse than Hitler if you consider how many millions of his on people he killed. Hussein although bad was a pussycat in comparison.

It's not a coincidence. Saddam Hussein was a great admirer of Stalin. He really thought this was the right way to run a country. Hussein took a lot of inspiration for his regime from Stalin His statues in Baghdad were modeled after the Soviet model under Stalin for that reason.

However there is a field of study, or actually just a concept, called physiognomy that takes such patterns seriously, even if its not fully reliable. Other people can look like those two, but be regular good guys, so it would be great injustice to hang regular good guys just because they look like Saddam and Stalin.

OK,Saddam and Stalin were tyrants,but what about Bush and Blair whose soldiers are killing innocent people and raping little girls before the the eyes of their families and then burning and torturing prisoners by using unbelievable methods

Yes,and what's up all of the men look just like him????Some hated him some worshiped him I think if I was a hater I sure wouldn't want to look just like him!It is scary to think that we can't even control what he was controlling?Maybe that is all they understand?IT he people there are destroying the Holy Land and each other in it.What is up with this war??It has been going on since Bible was written.What is wrong that people living in the Holy Land can't even compromise??Is this near the end of time?

joseph stalin & hussein were similar in appearence but as you say stalin was an ally & we were preoccupied with adolf yet truly stalin was ten times worse than hussein
