In animal crossing: wild world on the ds, how do you get the clothes into the clothes closet?

There is no clothes closet.

But if you want to store thing (clothes, wallpaper, rugs, ect) just stand in front of a drawer and open it and then just drag and drop things you need to store there.

first, you have to have bought a drawer, closet, of some sort.
second, go in front of your closet and press A. it should open a new screen where you can drag whatever you want into it. it can hold up to eighty items.

on the side, you'll proably notice that there are some shapes up there, if you touch the shapes, it'll go to a different screen to where you can hold up more thus total of how many spaces each space has times the number of shapes, the total of eighty spaces to hold your items.

you have the clothes in youre pocket so open youre closet and drag the item you would like to put into the closet
