I just heard on the local news last night, that Dallas has a different system for rating their crimes. For instance, Dallas will consider a lost or stolen cell phone a crime - when other major cities won't even file a report. They are trying to get a new system put into place now, because it's causing our crime rate statistics to look MUCH worse than they really are. I have lived here all my life, and I feel pretty comfortable. I still keep my doors and windows locked, though - just in case.

No, Dallas isn't a high crime city, as far as major cities are concerned. And the crime rate has actually been steadily dropping over the past few years.
I HAVE NO CLUE. Owens actually caught the ball a few times and we still lost. Tony Romo over the past 5 games has 6 TD's, 8 INT's, and like 7 fumbles. And I'm not sure that anyone actually plays defense for the Cowboys anymore. Basically the other teams just walk down the field.

On NPR yesterday they said that the murder rate in Dallas is the lowest that it has been since the 1960s, but the rate of sexual assaults was high in 2006.
