Sound like a plan. Try to get as sick of smoking as possible in one day and hold that thought. I'm also toying with the idea of a New Year's resolution to quit. Man, I'm sure not looking forward to it. Gonna buy me a truckload of patches.

No chance, you will be smoking next year too. Why? Because you are weak minded. If you really want to quit something, try not telling anyone. If you tell people you are doing something, it won't happen. Just quit, don't mention it to people, and your sucess rate will go waaaaay up. Until then, my smoking friend.

You have to do it for you, and not for us.

I think that if you want to indulge one last time you might as well make the best of it. Have your friends over for a Quitters Ball! Everyone gets to light up and you do stereotypical things like pose around with the cigs and pig out on sweets like you're going through withdrawal.

I really think that it is great that you are quitting. You will not regret it and the benefits to your health will be great! Hope it goes well for you.

Yes.

Smoke a pack all at once.

I'm pretty sure you'll never want to smoke again.
It will make your whole resolution to quit smoking a helluva lot easier.

Just the opposite. Have them be fewer and further between or quitting will be harder. It is hard enough to quit. Why make it harder. Best of luck to you! Have a happy new year!
