1. At least 30 min exercise daily
2. Spend 30 min reading my Bible and praying.
3. Go to bed before midnight every night
4. Spend more time with the people I love
5. No more than 2000 calories a day!
6. Limit computer time.
My all-time resolution, though, is to laugh more, enjoy my morning jogs, smile often, and know the right balance between optimism and a realistic view of the world.

I'd like to start going to the gym more. I'm in fine shape, but I only go to the gym two or three times a week. I'd like to go around 5 times a week.
