Bust her right knee cap with an aluminum bat and break 3 fingers on her left hand. Then tell her she has 48 hours to pay you back plus an extra 50 for having to send her a message.

I know you may feel that you should only talk to your friend about this. But I think you should just call her up, be nice don't be pushy. Say "I lent you $200, I was just wondering how long it will take to get it back to me"? Explain to her that it is important to keep in touch, and communicate, so you know what is going on. Tell her she can make payments. Whatever she can afford, $20 a week. I also understand she is your friends mother but you might want her to sign something, just incase you don't ever get the money. That way you can take her to court, and the judge will automaticly take money from her check and give it to you. It sounds harse, but it's the only other way. Good Luck!

never lend anyone money unless you have it all in writing. You may be learning early that some people never payback because they dont have it or dont care. Ask her point blank direct when she intends to pay you and how and have a paper with you that she can sign on her agreement with you. Then you have a legal document. Then if she does or doesnt sign...Tell your parents what you did.... if it comes to point she does not pay... they will help you. You have learned a good lesson early tho may never see your 200 again. ALSDO- this is not the fault of your freind...dont let it harm your relationship with friend... only with their Mom. Of course it may change your freindship forever... that would be a guilt trip with the mom... that if she doesnt pay her kid may be losong a great friend.... hopefull not and you can be strong enough to realize it is your own fault for lending your own money... this is how lessons are learned.

I don't know what the reason is that she needed the money, It's not like she needed it for drugs or anything like that, I she needed it for rent or elect.bill or something like that I am sure that she knows that she owes you the money, and Christmas was just a week ago, maybe she need to borrow the money so her kids could have something for Christmas, Give her another week, go see her and make a payment arrangement, make it known that your around, every time she see you, it will remind her that she owes you the money, ask her for an explanation why she hasn't paid you back, Next time when loaning a mother money, or anyone for that matters, write it down, kind of like a contract and make arrangements to repay it, I think that your a pretty sweet guy for doing this, God Bless you!!!

I really hate to see that happen. I bet you have nothing in writing that you made that loan . Please don't ever do that again. Never lend money to anybody. She had absolutely no business to accept money from you .Period. It is a very bad sign and I fear that you will be stuck and lose a friend to boot .
Call her up and say that you have to have it back. Get a tape recorder and get her answer on the tape . She could deny later that you gave it to her .
N ot much else we can do for 'ya except light a stick of dynamite under you for courage .
Good Luck

Ask her for the money! Remind her that she said you would be paid back within a week! After she pays you just keep in mind to never lend her money again!

First of all, never lend money, it is always a bad idea unless you have a written contract between you two. If she hasn't paid you, then she won't pay you. Just take it for what it is worth and learn from the experience. Don't lend money out to friend! If necessary then have a written contract; this will bind them legally. Plus if they don't want a written contract then they were not going to pay you back.

OUCH....don't loan money again, especially to friends or parents, sisters, brother, cousins, uncles etc....I would bring it up politely, say something like, "Hey Mrs. L, I was wondering if you could pay me back by Friday because I have a bill I need to pay next week." Then Friday, give her till the afternoon, if she hasn't contacted you, then just call her and be polite. She's either forgotten it because of all the holiday stuff going on, or she doesn't have the money to pay you back!

Lesson in life, NEVER NEVER NEVER lend what you cannot afford to lose. And above all things, never lend money to the mother of a friend. Shame on her for asking, and if she didn't ask, dumb of you to offer. You betcha, call and ask for it back. But, know this, she can say "beep you", and there isn't one doggone thing you can do about it. Worst come to worst, just write it off as a lesson well learned, and never to be repeated.

first off friends and money don't mix, I guess you are learning that. You should kindly remind her that she promised to pay it back in a week and it's now been three. Tell her you need the money for a bill or something. I loaned my friend $300 and never saw it again.
