We're looking to relocate, but don't want a rubber-stamp development. Don't want to be the only people under 70, and want a nice artsy-funky community- a main street feel that doesn't close up at 5pm.

Tampa is a good area for your age as there is a lot of work here.

I am in that age group 65+ and we are actually everywhere.

Try Dunedin as a funky little area, it is about 20 miles west of down town Tampa and 5 miles north of Clearwater.

Good luck finding a good place.

Don't know how far south you want to go but, Tampa is a great place for a thirty something people. It is centrally located, Ybor City in Tampa a great place to go clubbing, if you like to do something like that, you have Clearwater beaches, St Petersburg beaches, Treasure Island, then, there's Orlando where Mikey live, Bradenton (Anna Maria Isles) Sarasota beaches along with Ringling Museum and so much more...Just a lot of really nice places to go and do....Oh, one more thing, once in a while you'll run into the 70 something people...especially, during the month Nov-April, but don't worry, they'll leave in May.

i might want to signify Sedona, getting some wine from Maynard James Keenan's vineyard and then heading as a lot because the Grand Canyon. i do not understand how a lot time you'd be spending there and how a lot you want to force, yet when youre adventurous you may consistently undertaking up into utah head over to 4 corners. Bryce Canyon and Zion nationwide Park look appropriate. there is also the cliff dwellings close to 4 corners.. i do not thoughts a good number of creating use of, so this won't be the perfect idea for someone who likes to stay in a unmarried city for holiday.
