Because the NFL SUED the WNFL so now it is the WNFA or something like that. Yeah that's right there really is at least one Women's Football Organized League and probably others.
Oh and side-note the WNBA is run by the NBA. The WNFA or whatever it's exact name it is is actually an INDEPENDENT League. They don't have a group like the NFL or something to back them and have to make due on their own. Actually only reason I really know of them is because they have a team locally.

There is a WNBA because there is a market for it but there is not a WNFL because it doesn't have a market of its own plus women palying footbal dosent get a lot of viewers

there are womens football leagues, but they don't have the huge financial backing like the WNBA does, so you never hear about them

I don't know about a WNFL but there is women football leagues out there.

Because the insurance companies do not tbelieve that women are tough enough to play football

Because chicks can't play football. And they look silly dressed up in helmets and pads.
