Since it's your first week off the pill, It is possible your body is getting back on track without the medicine inside of you. It could be a few months until you are on a regular schedule again, so don't worry. If you start showing any symptoms of pregnancy take a test as soon as possible.

Could be. Some women have a "rebound" in fertility right after going off the pill. My first month off I was a few days late. I did get pregnant the second month off. I'd say take a test. Most women don't "feel" pregnant until at least 6 or 7 weeks.

you can fall pregnant from just missing one pill, if you miss it at the right time(Thats where my son came from!). So it is possible. Not all people "feel pregnant" straight away. it can takes weeks, or months even!
If you dont get it in the next week, i would probably do a test!

You could be, but it could be that your cycle is mesesd up due to your changing hormones after getting off the pill.my wife was irregular for months after she got off the pill.
