I want to get a good cell phone for about $150.00-$180.00.

You should get a Razr which is the best for your money from 24.99 at wal-mart to 49.99 at the tmobile store at almost every mall now.The Razr has the Internet if you go with tmobile,it comes with music,games,ring-tones,camcorder,and camera.
Then there is the chocolate by LG for only $99.99 from any cell phone place with MP3 player,phone and camera.
Then ther is the best out of the bunch.The T mobile dash for $49.99.It comes with Microsoft outlook,Windows mobile 5.0 and a micro SD card slot,and full QWERTY keyboard.
Good there is all under $110.00!

it depends what exactly are u looking for, what are your expectations, what is your phone make favorites and what what phone type you like. It depends what you actually want your phone to have. If you want to get a phone in which comes with mp3, bluetooth and much more features then i would recommend you to go to sony ericson or nokia otherwise buy a cheapy one for less than 100 dollars. it depends on you. i got the enV from verizone. But you've gotta tell us what company your thinking about getting the phone from. OH and the chocolate from verizon sucks. I got it and then got so pissed at it because the touch buttons got on my nerves..so i got the enV later on.

I got my pink chocolate phone free from this site. its like any other free phones except its unlocked so your not stuck into any service. i just had to use my email address.

i don't know what carrier but most definitely Motorola, i think they have the best phones.
