I think the answer to this question is more a state of heart and mind than of physiological fact. There is no physical "evidence" of loss of virginity in men. Some believe that any sex act, even if penetration is not involved is a loss of virginity, however others would argue that penetration, a sex act with another is a loss of virginity.

Yeah, nothing changes physically for them when they lose theirs. Old women used to say you can tell because their knees are darker. But who really studies knee color? And what if the girl was on top? Would his knees still be darker? LOL
