Which Show do you think is better?

I absolutely LOVE House MD!!! Hugh Laurie and his portrayal of House makes that show!!! Also it is a little less "soap opera-y" than Grey's Anatomy, less sleeping around and affairs... More actual medical information in the episodes.

Grey's Anatomy is the worst kind of Daytime drama on the air.
Flat characters making bad life decisions simply because that's the only "drama" the writers can think of, coupled with an occasional "medical ethics emergency" where the poor guys have to decide who gets the heart or which person to save from impalement on a telephone pole.
House, on the other hand has characters with terrible flaws. You don't even like them, and yet you feel the pathos and sympatize with their situations. Plots don't wrap up in a convenient 50 minute package. The characters actions are governed in a very real way by the addictions, prejudices and angers that drive them. It makes much more sense.
Its too good for American TV.

It depends on what you like. House is more medical with all the doctor's cases and stuff, and Grey's Anatomy has more to do with the emotions and stories behind the characters. House is more factual in my opinion, but Grey's Anatomy has a lot more drama... Personally, I probably prefer House over Grey's Anatomy, but again, it depends on what type of TV show you like.

Well both shows are different. House is more suspense drama. And Greys is more of a soap-drama feel to it. So they are both equally amazing in there own different genres. I don't think there is any better show than these two. And plus they are my all time favourite shows.

Oooh thats a tough one. I can't really decide. I watch both of them although i did watch House longer than Grey's Anatomy.
So i think House is better. =)
